I'm obsessed with this trend! I think LBD's with cut-outs are fun, unique, and cool & sexy for summer! Most of the styles I've seen have been red carpet appropriate, or more suited for a night-out-on-the-town (versus wear-to-work). Here are some of my favorites:
But as you know, I work in an office - so it's a personal challenge to take those looks and modify them in a way that work-appropriate.
The dress I'm wearing is from Target (shocker!). I wanted to show you that you don't always have to dress it up with heels, so in the first picture, I kept it more casual with metallic flat sandals. After work, if you have an event or if you're meeting people out for drinks, swap sandals for pumps and you're ready to go!
Because you can't really tell in the full-outfit pictures, I wanted to show you a close up of the accessories I chose for this outfit. I really like mixing different greens together, particularly turquoise and lime green. I took that approach for my bracelets, and kept the rings simple. One on hand, I am wearing my citrine David Yurman ring, and on the other, I've paired two gold rings on the same finger.
While it's still warm, I encourage you to strut your stuff in a cute LBD with cut-out detail. If you do, send me a pic! I love to see how other people interpret the trend!

This goes against my usual "OMG I LOVE EVERYTHING GLITTER AND SHINY", but for some reason, I love this outfit more with the nude heels than your sandals. PS, where did you get them? Loehmans?
